Your responsibility
  • Actively identify and engage with potential clients
  • Reaching out to our potential clients via call, email and social media
  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
  • Video calls with a demonstration of our product
  • Personal meetings with clients when closing a deal
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Working with existing customers by overseeing all aspects of the customer experience journey
  • Working with CRM ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact records
  • Getting feedback on the Gratitude product
  • Contributing to brand awareness
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Knowledge of English – Level C1
  • Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, French, Hungarian or other languages is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS solutions or FMCG background is a plus
  • Experience with outbound sales techniques (cold-calling, emailing, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Emphasis on the fulfillment of sales plans
